While this may be the hallmark known as efficiency to many in our industry, 2009 stood as a testament to the ability to continue to grow and prosper by adhering to tried and true principles: listen, learn, and engage. When you solve the customer problem first, yours will be solved in turn.
While many languished in 2009 at the heels of global economic chaos, Unitask continued its consistent record of growth through the adherence to these very principles which have been true since the inception of the company: listening to the customer, learning of the problem at hand, engaging the solution, and resolving the problem. For all that you have shared with us and taught us in 2009, we say "Thank You." Without your continued confidence and trust in us, our success of growth and expansion in 2009 would have been impossible.
As we begin the new year, we commit to continue in the delivery of innovative products and services that will once again allow you to "Do More - Pay Less." Our continued investment in new products, services, and support practices that anticipate and eliminate errors and faults before they impact customers and clients are showing returns in hard currency, productivity, and efficiency to the enterprise in record time. We believe these investments, made consciously and purposefully in a tough economic climate, now stand as key differentiators, as well as the foundation of Unitask's culture and leadership drive.

| Output Director Version 3.4 
Unitask is proud to announce Output Director 3.4, which is much more that a dot release.
In this release, we've added a complete printing security module, support for XML output in Excel and RTF formats, and logical device groups.
This release provides greater control and flexibility in securing and managing access to output.
Output Director eliminates low-value tasks like repetitive printer or operating system configurations and frustration. Installed centrally by the Oracle E-Business Suite administrator, Unitask's Output Director requires no end-user intervention or administration, providing simplicity, efficiency, and productivity.

Founded in 1958 as a small family business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Ali Zaid Al-Quraishi & Brothers Company Limited (AZAQ) now has over 600 employees on its payroll, has long established associations with world-class brands, and has become one of the leading business groups in the region. Rooted in marketing and distribution, AZAQ represents top names in leisure goods, household products, watches, office furniture, telecommunications, electronics, electrical equipment, and motor vehicles. It is also involved in the manufacture of electrical products like transformers and switchgears.
As AZAQ's Commercial Group grew, they chose to implement the Oracle E-Business Suite-a fully integrated, comprehensive suite of business applications for the enterprise-in order to remain consistent with their high standards of service.
