Dale D. Royal - Chief Executive Officer

As Unitask CEO, Dale is responsible for guiding the company's business vision: enabling businesses to harness the power of new economy software as a reliable and cost-effective option for business-critical computing. Prior to Unitask, Dale was the CEO and Founder of COEUM Software, a leading provider of application performance management software for the enterprise. Additionally, Dale has held executive leadership roles in such industry notable solution providers as VERITAS Software, Sistina (a Red Hat company), Sequent Computer Systems and AT&T. Dale earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.

 

Michael Segev - President and Chief Technical Officer

As a founding member of Unitask, Michael brings over twenty years of leadership in the hi-tech industry. As the executive leader of Unitask, Michael delivers both the technical vision of the company and the subsequent product solutions roadmap. Building on a proven track record of success, Michael brings seasoned experience in strategy development and corporate leadership to Unitask. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
 

William H. Largent - Chief Financial Officer

Providing financial leadership as the Unitask CFO, Bill is an experienced senior executive with over 30 years in operations and leadership positions within growth companies. Strengths include leadership and management roles with public and private companies including sales management, operations planning, mergers and acquisitions, IPO's, VC financing and change management. As the former COO of Aelita Software, Bill, along with the majority owners, raised $10 million in VC funding and executed the sale to Quest Software for $130 million in 2004. As the former CEO of Applied Innovation (formerly at NASDAQ: AINN), Bill executed the sale of the business to a private equity firm for $53 million in 2007. In 1999 while at Plug Power (NASDAQ: PLUG) as the CFO, Bill raised over $150 million through an IPO with Goldman Sachs as lead underwriter. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio and is a Certified Public Accountant.
 

Paul E. Gervason - Vice President of Sales

As the Chief Customer advocate, Paul brings a history of excellence and performance coordinating Unitask sales and revenue development activities worldwide. In his leadership role, Paul has laid the ground work for an integrated sales distribution force that consists of direct sales, integrated channel resellers and service partners for the company. Prior to his pioneering work at Unitask, Paul was an Area Sales Director for Attachmate Corporation. During his 11 years of success with Attachmate, he provided leadership for the top quota-achievers through the continual focusing on customer needs and that of solution selling. Paul has an accomplished record of selling excellence in a variety of industry verticals such as government, transportation, finance and manufacturing. Gervason holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.


Alex Rabinovich - Vice President of Software Development 

As a recognized industry leader, Alex is responsible for all Research and Development activities for the Unitask solution suite of products, consulting and educational services. With over a decade of rapid development experience, Alex's focus is on creating advanced software solutions for the Oracle E-Business Suite and architecting, developing and managing Oracle implementation projects in the United States and Europe. Alex holds a Master of Science in Software Quality Assurance and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science form the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

 

Brad Ferguson - Director of Business Development

Specializing in developing solutions that can quickly be assimilated and integrated into a total solutions package, Brad brings to Unitask a depth of experience in Partner and Channel development built in industry leading corporations. As the Director of Business Development, Brad leads the team in executing against the goal of tightly integrated seamless solutions for Unitask's International Partner community. His experience at such notable companies as Oracle Corporation, the industry's leading relational database solutions provider, Red Hat Software, a leading provider of open source operating system software, as well as that of Continuent Software, make Brad the leader of choice for Unitask partnership development. Brad holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
