Dale D. Royal – Chairman & CEO
As Unitask CEO, Dale is responsible for guiding the company’s business vision: enabling businesses to harness the power of new economy software as a reliable and cost-effective option for business-critical computing. Prior to Unitask, Dale was the CEO and Founder of COEUM Software, a leading provider of application performance management software for the enterprise. Additionally, Dale has held executive leadership roles in such industry notable solution providers as VERITAS Software, Sistina (a Red Hat company), Sequent Computer Systems and AT&T. Dale earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
Michael Segev – Founder
As a founding member of Unitask, Michael brings over twenty years of leadership in the hi-tech industry. As the executive leader of Unitask, Michael delivers both the technical vision of the company and the subsequent product solutions roadmap. Building on a proven track record of success, Michael brings seasoned experience in strategy development and corporate leadership to Unitask. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
William H. Largent – Chief Financial Officer Veeam Software
As an outside Director, Bill is an experienced executive with more than 30 years in operations and leadership roles with emerging growth companies. Bill is currently the CFO of Veeam Software, a virtualization software company, where he is in charge of financial and operational aspects of the company. Largent’s leadership history includes roles as the CEO of Applied Innovation, Inc., a public company previously traded on the NASDAQ, and Aelita Software, where he was Chief Operating and Financial Officer. He began his career with Touche, Ross & Co., now Deloitte & Touche, and holds Business Degrees with specializations in Accounting from Franklin University.
Mike Stubler – Managing Director and Co-founder of Draper Triangle Ventures
Mike is an affiliate of Draper Fisher Jurvertson. Mike serves on the board of Active Media, Ayalogic, Unitask, and TOA Technologies and previously served to oversee the Fund’s investment in Renal Solutions. Mike is a Director and President of the Pittsburgh Venture Capital Association and a Director of the Ohio Venture Association. Mike has over 20 years of experience with start-up technology companies both as a co-founder and early stage investor. Prior to Draper Triangle, Mike spent the majority of his career serving as CFO of several successful technology companies, where he not only directed the financial and business operations, but also acquisitions, mergers and capital raising functions. Mike graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a BBA.
Jonathan Murray – Managing Director, Early Stage Partners
Prior to joining Early Stage Partners as Managing Director in late 2000, Mr. Murray was President of Incubation Services, a strategy-consulting firm that provided strategy development, business planning, and financial consulting to early stage companies in life sciences and information technology. From 1991 to 1997, Mr. Murray served in a variety of capacities for Spectra Laboratories, a Silicon Valley-based provider of clinical testing services to kidney dialysis clinics, rising to the position of Director of Marketing. Mr. Murray is a graduate of George Washington University (B.A., 1980), where he studied Biology and English Literature, and the University of Michigan (M.B.A., 1988). He serves on the boards of portfolio companies Imalux, Ayalogic, TOA Technologies, and Unitask, and of Northeast Ohio’s Singing Angels, a children’s choral group. Sits on the boards of: Ayalogic, TOA, ICN, Imalux and Unitask.
